Glad to have Everyone Home!!
Well, today was a beautiful Saturday and I finally got to have my husband at home instead of at Cloudmont (the ski slope). Oh, they were still open, but he stayed home with us :) He will have to go up there tomorrow, but I was so thankful to have him today. He even washed my car for me!! And even better...the kids decided they wanted to spend the night with Nana and Pepaw tonight! We might actually get to sit down and watch a movie the whole way through :))
Well, an update on Paul's dad ~ He is still in the hospital and is not doing very well. They are probably going to be taking him to Siskin on Monday for rehab. He has pulled his catheter out and his blood is clotting. Please keep him and Ginny in your prayers!!
Good night :)

Snow Skiing!!
Well, I had to spend all of my Saturday at a seminar, but at least Paul and the kids had fun. He took them up to Cloudmont and let them play. There was only one catastrophe when Ashlyn was skiing and plowed over Avery. They really had a good time. I'm glad they were able to have fun while I was in a boring, but informative seminar :)
Ski instructor in the making!
Ashlyn, the ole pro!

Our Big Snow!!
It's so funny how things change as you get older. The kids were so excited about going outside to play in the snow and we got all bundled up and as soon as I got out there, I was cold and ready to come inside! I can remember when I was little and it would snow, I would stay out there all day and not get a bit cold, but not anymore!!

Update on Avery
For those of you who know what we have been dealing with with Avery, I just wanted to give you an update. He is still having problems with his stomach. We have been dealing with vomiting and diarrhea for three and a half weeks now and the doctors just keep saying it's residuals of a stomach virus and it's just going to have to run its course. I just want to know how long that's supposed to take!!
Paul is going to try to go talk to his pediatrician tomorrow and let him know that this is still going on. I'm hoping that he can either reassure us that it will stop or send us on to someone else that can figure this out!! He acts like he feels just fine and he has ran NO fever the entire time. The doctor says he is not contagious and we should go on about our regular schedule, but it's kind of hard when you never know when it's going to strike!
Well, anyway, I guess I'm just asking for prayers for Avery so that we can get him back to normal! Thanks for listening :)

Boring Saturday~
Well, today has been a very boring Saturday. Paul had to work up at Cloudmont and it's yucky outside. Avery is still not feeling the greatest, so the kids and I just hung out at home and were lazy. I did get a chance to work on my blog some though. Oh, and paid bills! I guess that's an important thing to do, huh? Will post some pics soon!
